Question Passed me test last week.....

Passed me test last week on a 500cc...

I'll cut to the chase... which 600cc ish sport's bike would you recomend for a new rider well when i say new i used to ride a RD 250 LC (20yrs ago) thankyou ......

well done some good sports bikes out within the 600 range kawasaki zzr600 cheap and bullet proof

I would go for a CBR600, can pick one up pretty cheap(if a few years old).
They are ready to thrash, good reliability, and good build quality too.
Or you could go for a thundercat(yamaha), stonkingly good engine, but with comfort built in.

Welcome to the forum Tricky and congrats on passing your test.

I passed recently and picked up a ZZR 600 which I am enjoying, cheap and often overlooked and a low seat height for the vertically challenged like me

i would say get a thundercat, but a cbr would do the job as well and welcome to the forum

thundercat or a kawasaki zzr600 both very good underrated bikes and both are reliable and cheap

Many congratulations on passing your test!

I can't comment on the 600's from experience as I'm nowhere near having to make that decision myself - I like the SV650 though, and also the GSX650F, and they both seem reasonably priced....
