| Re: Which Bike? Welcome to the forum Statham. The bike you have is a proper bike, just not as quick as a 600. A 600 will certainly be fast enough to begin with and cheaper to insure than a 1000. Why don't you try a couple on a test drive basis, which should be possible if you're buyong new(ish). One thing people sometime forget about is seat height. This can vary a bit from bike to bike and you feel a lot more comfortable if you can most if not all of your feet down when straddling the bike, as opposed to standing on your tip toes.HTH Dave |
