CBT done and dusted

hi just wanted to say thats my CBT done I made a load of cock ups but got there in the end but it had been 17 years from last time I had been on a bike, nerves got to me when I got home and wanted to jack it in but now going to hire a bike for a few days just to get back in to it and see how I get on....I know deep down I still want to do it

It's soooooooooo different when your on your own without and instruction giving you an ear bashing, you can take your time and there's no pressure, I'm sure you'll feel differently if you can get a bike for a few days!

If you just scan through the forum you will find there are loads of ppl who feel just like you do after CBT. Just stick with it and you will build up your confidence, then it will all be good

thank you all for the replies, feeling a bit better today and yes I'm going to stick at it,I'm going to phone and book a bike for a few days but I will not be beaten by this,once again thank you

well got out on a bike today....
feeling a load better now was on it about 5 hours and really enjoyed it but just wanted to say a big thank you for your support
