| DAS Test date booked.....Update.....! Managed to get my test date booked for the 19th Nov and I will be taking some lessons on the big bike that week to try and get up to standard on it.... been enjoying reading other folks stories re their test, CBT etc and letting all the info and experiences of others sink in. I just hope that when it comes I can stay relaxed and give it my best shot. Even if this crap weather continues I will be out most days until my test, keeping the cobwebs off and my eye in..... | Re: DAS Test date booked..... [DAS ? you will be fine, what bike are you doing it on? easier than doing a test on a small 125cc bike, good luck] Bear in mind all things are relative since I have been pottering about on my 125 only. I will be sitting my test on a Honda CB500 and from all accounts it is a good learner bike so no complaints re my steed ! Thanks to everyone who took the time to leave the good luck messages.... all of them are greatly appreciated and most welcome. Took a spin today across to the area where my test will be carried out and ran through two test routes ( the link is available on this site for anyone wishing to do the same in their area ). Didn`t ride the routes great but hopefully that was due to leaving my thermal gloves at home and my hands becoming seriously blinkin` cold... I will head over again pre my test and try and slot in a better ride for the sake of confidence. Thanks again..... |
