| Re: Chilly Fingers right m8..this is me speciallity ..so if i was you i would click off the puter an go an get pissed .... still here?..o.k. yu asked for it .. right i been ridin fer 14 million years ..and tried all sorts of gloves.. but NEVER...repeat NEVER ..resorted to the very effeminate ...and rather gayish ..heated grip,s believe me m8... have had me fingers literally stuck to the lever,s ( o.k. it was along time ago, and a brit bike with steel levers) back to the point... me zzr came with 'puffy' oxford heated grip,s ( oh get you !) an i tell you summat chappee... wow fukin wee ! tis like ridin in the middle of summer..in the middle of winter ( well not quiet ) but hey ...they are ace can ride aroud with thin ladies gloves on ...and me lttle ditto,s are warm as toast ..bollocks are cold as fuk ! but defo recommend the grips chap.. ( hey ...anyone know if oxford do ball warmers ? ) ........ ![]() |

Make sure you have room in them, if they are toooo snug no space for inner gloves or air (insulation), meraklon stuff is very good. As for heated grips they are very good but quite a few dispatch riders I know say heated inner gloves are better with the heat element on the outside of your hand which gets the brunt of the chill ( no knocking the grips ). Muffs are probably the best bet but look as good as an CZ in a Ducati showroom. I bloke i know uses 5 litre oil containers cut in half and cable tied to his bars, his winter bike is a state ![]() |
