Hi all !

Hey everyone, I am a complete novice when it comes to bikes! I'm looking to become "road legal" before the newer, more expensive and tougher test comes in so I'll see you all in various different threads.

All the best
Kenny

Not done my CBT yet, I'm looking to do it next month. The trainer not far from where I live offers a 1hour free introductory lesson. Basically it entails pulling away, stopping, changing one or two gears and basic bike controls. I'm gonna do that to see how I feel (like I need any convincing ) and then book my CBT.

Has a date for the new tougher test been set yet?

Yes - Gov are looking to implement around late September/Early October 2008.

However test centres are quickly filling up now as people try and get the test done before the tougher changes come into play.

For example - The test centres in Nottm are taking bookings for Late June and early July now!!

So don't hang around!!

Oh, and welcome by the way!!

Honda CBR 600RR and proud!!
