| Cheers folks, hello one and all. I have wnted to ride bikes for about 15 years but never gotten round to it. It was bloody well worth the wait! haven't had this much fun in years. Test rode loads of bikes and, rather unexpectedly, went for the Honda Hornet in the end as it was just so nice to ride (very close to getting a Bandit though). Glad I found this place, I am a complete idiot when it comes to anything mechanical loads of good tips on here (I'm not too clever at going round corners, u-turns, hill starts and I haven't quite perfected 'the nod' yet either ) Had to have a few days off the bike while I wait for my blood alchohol level to return to human levels after the footie on weds, but if anyone's out and about in rainy somerset look out for a lanky plonker on a Hornet trundling round the slightest curve at 20mph! |
