decided not to go the DAS route and straight on to a 600 something but do a bit of an apprenticeship first. so one rainy cbt, a few cuts and bruises after falling in the training playground and im on the road.

bought a little cg125 and now spend my days off making excuses to the wife to explain why it took me an hour and a half to go to the shop. just cant seem to stop wanting to ride it. i know its not fast but is still a lot of fun on the right road.

anyhow ive rabbited for long enough now so will go and polish my visor

Welcome to the forum Hondaboy, glad you enjoying the forum and more so your bike.

If you need a good excuse check the following link to a fundraising idea that I am fleshing out, might need some riders in the Cornwall area come the final legs.....

Hi and welcome,
as long as you are enjoying yourself I don't think it matter's much what you ride, at least you will have a smile on your face and gain experience while you do.
You got this bit right

Re: hi from hondaboy

thanks for all the welcomes guys - seems like bikers are a very friendly bunch.
cant believe the amount of nods i get from other bikers when passing on the road - as a car driver your lucky to get acknowledged when you give way.
only time i ever got acknowledged by other road users was when on shetland where every driver waves (takes a bit of getting used to). wish i'd decided to buy a bike up there cos the roads are awesome and most of the time empty.
