Greetings from France

Hello guys !

I just got my first bike 18 months ago. It's a Yamaha 125cc, so not a very powerful bike, but still quite fun for a beginner like me. I am trying to get my biker licence, so I would be able to buy a big bike. Maybe the Kawazaki Er-6 or the Suzuki Bandit, I don't know. I'm looking for a bike that really is simple to maintain, and costs a very little. I am ready to sacrifice some horsepower to a bike that is a little slower but don't be to taken to the garage every week.

I really like the friendly spirit of bikers. That's the way it is here in France anyway. Looks like a great community.

FakeBlue.

Re: Greetings from France

Hello FakeBlue,
Both the bikes you mention would be ideal, then again most modern jap stuff is reliable in standard trim.

Welcome aboard

Re: Greetings from France

hi, i think most modern bikes are reliabe, apart from a shattered clutch basket on an old cbr6 ( and i think that was my fault ) ive never had a serious problem with any of my bikes
