greetings

hiya, i'm pete from peterborough (yes they did name it after me) i'm new to this site, 1st post (or they're gonna delete me....i don't want to be deleted! i'm a person!)
i'm building a bike, 1st time i've done it, its a old gs750 in a hardtail frame, i want it to look like a bobber, so far so good, gotta rolling chassis, BUT, i've now got to wire it, got all the bits i need and i've read black jacks guide to wiring, he makes it look easy! is it? any tips or tricks would be greatly recieved.

Hi Pete, welcome to the biker forum mate, posting wasnt that difficult now was it amazing things these forum prompt scripts . Get a few more posts in and you can then get some pics of your project on here and maybe a few tips too

only bit of advice I have for ya is to get friendly with an auto electrician I hate electrics...

Are you gonna do it all yourself, modifying an existing loom or are you having a custom loom made?

bike electrics arent that bad, lot easie than cars, just think about it slowly, keep in touch and keep posting, ita actually a great forum

i've not started on the electrics yet, keep putting it off!
while putting it off i found a great place for parts in peterborough called 'Bikes and trikes' i think he's online, tons of bits.
