| Re: add yourself to the members map I was not thinking of manually sending the message, perhaps a welcome email on joining, or a welcome PM (though I expect I'd even miss that )If it goes via a sticky thread something like "Now you have joined one of the best biker forums, please tell us a little about yourself", rather than "before you post" as it should not stop them posting. In fact I have my profession in my profile, it is just not displayed , so if we asked them to just complete their profile and could display that more, then we would be half way there.? |
