| Hello, 33yr old newbee here!!! Thought i would introduce myself as you guys were so helpfull in my first post. Well im 33 living in Swindon currently riding a Yamaha YZF R125, I have 1st test on Thursday 9th oct, Ive been riding 125's for around 6 years now, mostly Aprilla RS125, Yamaha DT125, And my current bike the Yamaha YZF R125. Hopefully pass this test thursday and get the Yamaha R6, but i will have to get it retricted to the 33bhp, which i think is a good idea as i dont want to jump straight onto a bike with 130bhp straight after a 14.6bhp bike. Anyway cheers guy's and i'll let you know the outcome thursday. ![]() |

| Re: Hello, 33yr old newbee here!!! Hi Leigh Welcome to the forum mate and good luck with the test. As you've had both the DT and the YZF I'd be Interested to know what you liked and didn't like about riding each of them. I've never owned a DT but I'm a big fan and my buddy has the YZF, with the smile on his face it should be Cheshire Cat not Manky Cat. |
