Good evening everyone,

already got a post up on here but wanted to say hello.

i am returning to bikes after a 12 year lay off ( partly down to the fact that i didnt need a bike for work and partly due to a dear friend who died following a bike accident ).

i used to work for a company called braided steel/aerotek ( for 7 years ) and went by the nick name of "chef", i am a former member of shakespeare mcc that used to be based at the salmon tail pub and also another pub before that ( both in stratford on avon ) i am also a self confessed Z freak ( thats down to my former boss at braided steel/aerotek Dave Grant [rip Dave I still miss you] ).

i have owned quite a few bikes in my time rd200, rd250, rd350ypvs, 400-4, z 650, 2 x cj 250's, gpz 500, z550f uni-trak, ke 175, ts100er, tdr 250, cb100, gs450, gt50, xbr500, gpz 305 & a cb250rs.

I used to go to college in Stratford (OND in Hotel & Catering funnily enough, Chef!) back in the 70's, and remember the later Sunday meets by the river in Stratford (early/mid 90's?). I now live in South Wales, but a bit further west than you.

oh indeed there are, more than a few LOL!!!, one of the best was riding round the block from waterside, up bridge street, down high street and then arden street on my 400-4 whilst wearing only bike boots, helmets, gloves and boxers for charity and being laughed at by the police ( all of whom knew my mum and dad!!!!!! ).

i used to be there every sunday without fail, funilly enough i used to be a chef ( of sorts ) when i worked at the encore pub on waterside, those were the days, hundreds of bikes every single sunday what great days they were
