| Re: Hello folks! Hi Simon! Finding the bandit lots of fun, although I'm a fairly big guy at 6'4 and 17st, the wind blast is a pain in the neck and i'm already hoping for a bit more acceleration power (should've got a 12! ). I find i really have to plan overtakes as the bike doesn't seem to have enough to just pull out and go, even dropping a gear. some of this will be down to lack of experience no doubt, but the bike is lugging a fair weight! handling wise it's fine, you can really fling it about when the confidence is up and it seems to handle well in the wet too. all in all, i think it's good for a first bike without going daft and putting your life (and licence) at risk! Now got a pic up...quality not great as it was taken with my mobile ![]() Last edited by Gillie : 11-17-2008 at 08:54 AM. Reason: Add pic |
