Hey there everyone, i'm new to the site, thought i would pop in and say hi. I'm just about to turn 17 and i'm most likely going to buy the Yamaha YZF R-125. Awesome looking machine!

Hi there beetroot dude, welcome to the forum mate.

I saw one of those 125 Yams you're on about at a dealership recently. Must admit when I saw it I was mightily impressed and even more impressed when I noticed it was a 125. Looks a bigger bike. The boss at the place said they were his best selling bike. You can see why you young ones like them, they look great.

A friendly welcome is always nice! Hmm yeh thats my only worry, i have a little Piaggio Zip 50 at the mo and i have come off that once back in june and nearly wrote it off.. i got my insurance sorted tho.. but still coming off was the single most scary moment in my life
