| Re: hartford marina bike meet packed, must have been close to 300 bikes, it was a struggle to find somewhere to park, a friend works for marshall honda and appeared on a 300cc scooter, due to a broken toe, he races speedway and broke his toe, so couldnt ride a geared bike as he couldnt ghange gear met up with some friends and people i know from another forum, few police bikes close to the area and one car, but no problems asusual, great atmosphere, everyone talks to everyone, a great mix of bikes new and old, offroad style sports crusiers and learners, even an old bloke on an early ducati, that nobody thought he would be able to start when he left, he must have spent 20mins kicking it over trying to get the bike to start before it did, and a modded harley with open pipes and a 400 ish rear section tyre, the noise that thing made was unreal, overall great night |
