Northern Ride Out: Sun 21 Sept 2008

I can't make the 21st now due to other commitments.

One of my clubs is having a fancy dress, come quiz night, come piss up that weekend

Mike, I can go but the relay clashes with this (if the relay runs). The run can be rescheduled if others are dropping out because of the relay. It would be helpful to know who is definitely on for this.

Sorry to butt in on this but I would hope that the relay would take precedence over a simple rideout for any member of this forum. A rideout can be organised for ANY day of the year, where an organised event like the relay needs to take place on a specified date to work

I'm not for one minute saying that you should cancel it Dave, just maybe think about another date for it as the relay has been in the process of organising for a while now and would be a hell of a lot of hassle to change

couldnt the run(or part of it) be incorporated into one of the relay legs??

well if its gonna be rearranged then make sure its not before 2pm on a sunday or you'll have to find yerselves another TEC (tail end charley )
