(Bit murky) pics from ride out today.

Met up with my sister at Helmsley after riding through sun/fog/sun/freezing cold. Lovely and sunny at Helmsley then off to Lord Stones for a hot beef sandwich (there's another half a stone on!) Views were gorgeous as always if a bit murky today.

On way home my chain started rattling and when I stopped to have a look it looked a bit loose. So being on my own and mindful of horror stories about chains jamming or snapping I limped slowly home. So if anyone saw a red hornet crawling up the A19 looking pathetic it was me. Where are all the men when you need them?!! Got home ok though and a lovely ride up until then so not bad overall.

It's fairly new so Ada says it might just need adjusting. Tell ya what Sam, you might have some of the best roads up there but you should be down here riding with us. Was lovely today; you'll have to move to England mate.

some of the routes i know are a bit far north . it would be unfair to expect people to travel those sort of distances. i'll have to do a bit more exploring round the borders
