homeless run Dec 13/ 08

On Saturday the 13 dec at the BP garage juc of A6 and the A421 (just of up the off ramp)at 1030 bikes are taking clothes and tin foods to a homeless shelter in North hampton

if you ant to go from bucks they are meeting 1030 at the supa sausage on the A5 potterbury

did this run last year and some of the homeless guys as young as 25 had served in the forces but now living ruff having not got back to the world
they showed us a warm welcome and appreciated our visit so if you have the time do come along with warm clothing sleeping bags socks and tined foods

The US run for homeless Vetran's really took of this year after gathering momentum over the last few years, so I hope this run is as successful

Tom i cant make it but would gladly donate 3 or 4 sleeping bags i aquired a couple of years ago, they are clean and in waterproof bags, is there an address i can send them to?

A6 A421 ? not been around northampton for some years, where abouts is that?
are you going too tom? how many do you think will turn up? will have to look and see if im working or not that day, if not will come along to

indie it is the by pass round south bedford we are leaving from this will be the second year last year there was 12 bikes from around bedford who i know will be going again this year and some going from bucks
and yes i will be going
