Hi All,
Just a quick Update on the Engine. We have now sorted the Ignition Problems as well as totaly rebuilding the entire engine which includes, New Crank, Seals and Bearings. New cylinder Head and inserts, New Clutch, All seals (Which we believe caused all the problems now) New Quick Shifter and New Ignition & Wiring Loom.
You dont want to know the Total costs of this re-Build Plus the Damage it caused to 2 Barrels & one Full Set of Cases and the blown Ignition as it would put you off bike racing forever.
We give all parts a life milage and change most of these parts at least once every 4 meetings but all these problems came in well under the precise milage we set.
Still thats Racing i suppose and we now look forward to Knock Hill.
i would Just like to say a Big Thank you for all the interest and Kind Help shown towards helping Ben and we can all assure you he is overwhelmed with the help and kindness shown towards him. He always gives his best at all times and is trying so hard to repay the gratitude shown towards him by you all.

Hiya Gary, glad to hear the bikes sorted out Although I don't know much more about bikes than where the choke and the dip stick are that list sound quite impressive and expensive!
